Product Authenticity: All watches and accessories sold by Capital Watch are guaranteed to be authentic and sourced from authorized distributors and manufacturers.

Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Wholesale Services: Wholesale pricing and terms are available to qualified business customers and are subject to separate wholesale agreements.

Manufacturer Warranty: All watches come with the manufacturer's warranty as specified by the brand. Capital Watch provides additional one-year warranty coverage on movement and functionality.

Return Policy: Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase in original condition with all packaging and documentation. Custom orders and engraved items are not eligible for return.

Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.

Service and Repairs: We provide authorized service and repair for all brands we carry. Service charges apply for out-of-warranty repairs.

• Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and product
• All shipments are fully insured and require signature confirmation
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery
• Wholesale orders may qualify for free delivery based on order value

The Capital Watch website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Capital Watch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Use of these names, logos, and brands does not imply endorsement.

In no event shall Capital Watch, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
